Modern Living Room - The Sims 4 Style

This set features a collection of items for the living room that with a sleek, modern design. All of the items were created following concept art, commissioned from a friend of mine. All of the meshes include a diffuse, normal, specular (combined Gloss, Specular and Sun Highlights Specular and Gloss tex) and, when appropriate, vertex paint to simulate realistic self-lighting of lamps and ceiling fixtures. All of the assets are 100% original designs and created from scratch, including the foliage textures for the plants. The poly counts are educated guesses based on rough estimates of what the game publisher would do, using in-game official object poly counts. The Texel density is also based on the publisher's estimated guidelines.
